Ищем менеджера по персоналу в HR-команду на период декретного отпуска штатного сотрудника. Нам подойдёт человек, который любит работать с людьми, умеет видеть потенциал кандидатов и хочет развиваться не только в подборе, но и в других HR-направлениях. Основная задача — массовый подбор менеджеров по продажам: от привлечения кандидатов до выхода на работу и сопровождения на старте, периоде адаптации. В этой роли можно влиять на качество воронки и развивать процессы подбора, а также на удержание сотрудников за счет контроля прохождение ключевых этапов адаптации. ЧТО НУЖНО ДЕЛАТЬ: Вести массовый подбор менеджеров по продажам: поиск, первичная оценка, интервью, сопровождение до выхода Работать с входящими откликами и самостоятельно привлекать кандидатов через альтернативные каналы поиска Поддерживать актуальную воронку и базу кандидатов, готовить отчётность по ключевым метрикам Сопровождать стажировку новых сотрудников и контролировать прохождение ключевых этапов адаптации Участвовать в улучшении процессов подбора и роста конверсии на выход Вести одновременно в среднем 2 вакансий/обеспечивать 5 выходов в месяц ЧТО ЖДЕМ ОТ КАНДИДАТА: Опыт в подборе персонала от шести месяцев; опыт массового подбора будет преимуществом Навык проведения телефонных интервью и оценки мотивации кандидатов Умение работать с воронкой, несколькими вакансиями и большим потоком кандидатов Знание инструментов поиска и привлечения кандидатов Внимательность к договорённостям и срокам, самостоятельная организация работы Навык работы с системами: хх.ру, ATS/CRM, Excel Опыт подбора в продажах Опыт участия в адаптации и внутренних HR-проектах будет дополнительным преимуществом ЧТО ПРЕДЛАГАЕМ: Официальное трудоустройство по срочному трудовому договору на период отсутствия основного сотрудника Доход: оклад + ежемесячная премия, а также возможность как горизонтального (ежегодная аттестация), так и вертикального роста График: 5/2, 08:30–17:30; формат работы — офис Современный офис в центре города, рядом с набережной
