- Полный цикл подбора персонала (публикация вакансий (Работа России, hh.ru, Авито, печатные издания соцсети и др.), телефонные и очные интервью с соискателями, сопровождение кандидатов на всех этапах подбора, ведение базы кандидатов) - Оформление приема, перевода, увольнения сотрудников (трудовые договоры, доп. соглашения, приказы, ведение личных дел и другая документация) - Заполнение, учет и хранение трудовых книжек - Разработка ЛНА, должностных инструкций - Ведение кадрового учета в программе 1С ЗУП - Контроль ведения учета рабочего времени - Учет и контроль предоставления отпусков работникам, составления и соблюдения графика отпусков - Подготовка и сдача кадровой отчетности в установленные сроки (Центр занятости, СФР, Росстат) - Взаимодействие с Центром занятости, СФР - Планирование и организация обучения персонала - Ведение воинского учета - Контроль соблюдения законодательства о защите персональных данных при обработке кадровой документации - Изучение причин текучести кадров, участие в разработке мероприятий по ее снижению - Обеспечение выдачи работникам копий документов, связанных с работой, в установленные законодательством сроки

- Знание законодательных и нормативных правовых актов, практическое применение - Знание кадрового делопроизводства - Уверенный пользователь ПК, знание 1С:ЗУП - Опыт полного цикла подбора персонала - Знание основ договорной работы (от заключения до получения отчетной документации) - Опыт работы с вредными условиями труда - Грамотная устная и письменная речь, коммуникабельность Работа в офисе ул. Уральская 81 с 8:00 до 16:30, перерыв на обед 11:30-12:00 Опыт работы в аналогичной должнсти от 3 лет.
