1. Compensation Strategy & Structure

- วางกลยุทธ์โครงสร้างค่าตอบแทน (Salary Structure, Pay Scale) ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจ

- ทบทวนและปรับปรุงเงินเดือน โบนัส และ Incentive ให้แข่งขันได้กับตลาด

2. Benefits & Welfare Management

- ออกแบบและบริหารสวัสดิการพนักงาน (ประกัน, กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ, สิทธิประโยชน์อื่น ๆ)

- วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนสวัสดิการและปรับให้เหมาะสมกับงบประมาณองค์กร

- ประสานงานกับ Vendor / Insurance / External Partner

3. Payroll & HR Operation Oversight

- กำกับดูแลการทำ Payroll ให้ถูกต้อง ตรงเวลา และเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย

- ดูแลข้อมูลเงินเดือน ภาษี ประกันสังคม และสวัสดิการต่าง ๆ

- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ C&B ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น

4. Policy, Compliance & Labor Law

- จัดทำนโยบายด้านค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ

- ดูแลให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามกฎหมายแรงงานและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- ให้คำปรึกษาผู้บริหารและ HR Business Partner ในประเด็น C&B

5. Data Analysis & Management Reporting

- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลค่าตอบแทน ต้นทุนแรงงาน และ Manpower Cost

- จัดทำรายงานเชิงวิเคราะห์เพื่อเสนอผู้บริหาร

- สนับสนุนข้อมูลด้าน C&B สำหรับการวางแผนองค์กร

6. Team Management

- บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงาน C&B

- วางแผนงาน กำหนด KPI และพัฒนาศักยภาพทีม

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  • สัญชาติไทย
  • อายุ 33- 38 ปี
  • ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  • ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล, บริหารธุรกิจ, การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Compensation & Benefits อย่างน้อย 5-7 ปี
  • มีประสบการณ์ในระดับ Manager หรือเคยบริหารทีม C&B
  • มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน, ประกันสังคม, ภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา
  • มีประสบการณ์วางโครงสร้างเงินเดือน, Salary Structure, Incentive และ Bonus
