The posting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop strategies and monitor departmental processes and activities to ensure outcomes align with business objectives.
  2. Manage and analyze P&L and departmental budgets to achieve effective business results.
  3. Lead the team, manage performance evaluations, and monitor the performance of relevant departments.
  4. Analyze and plan product production and coordinate with factories to ensure sufficient inventory for distribution.
  5. Analyze and plan New Product Development (NPD) based on consumer demand to achieve sales targets, represent the company in presenting NPD, and negotiate GP with 7-Eleven and other sales channels.
  6. Prepare the annual sales action plan.
  7. Plan sales budgets for campaigns, promotions, and related activities.
  8. Manage and monitor sales performance across all channels.
  9. Manage manpower in accordance with business plans, while supporting and developing employees' knowledge and skills to enhance their capabilities.
  10. Monitor and resolve issues as they arise.
  11. Prepare sales and inventory reports for presentation to the CEO.
  12. Coordinate with internal and external departments and organizations.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  1. Gender: Not specified
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  3. Work Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience
  4. Strong numerical and cost calculation skills, including P&L analysis.
  5. Knowledge of inventory management.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
  7. Responsible, with good interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and confidence in decision-making.
  8. Strong strategic thinking skills.
