1. การปิดบัญชีรายเดือน (Month-End Close)

- ดำเนินการปิดบัญชีรายเดือนตาม Close Calendar และ RACI ให้ครบถ้วนตามกำหนด

- จัดทำ Trial Balance และ Working Paper เพื่อเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาสอบทาน

2. การบริหารบัญชีสินทรัพย์ (Asset Accounting)

- ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดบัญชีสินทรัพย์ เงินมัดจำ เงินประกัน และค่าใช้จ่ายจ่ายล่วงหน้า พร้อมบันทึกตัดจำหน่ายตามหลักบัญชี

- ร่วมตรวจนับและกระทบยอดสินค้าคงเหลือ วิเคราะห์ผลต่าง บันทึกต้นทุน และตั้งค่าเผื่อสินค้าเสื่อมสภาพ

- จัดทำ Bank Reconciliation และรายละเอียดประกอบบัญชีสินทรัพย์หมุนเวียนและไม่หมุนเวียน

3. การบริหารบัญชีหนี้สิน (Liability Accounting)

- ตรวจสอบและบันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้อื่น ค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย เงินรับล่วงหน้า และประมาณการหนี้สิน

- จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบบัญชีหนี้สิน ภาษีค้างจ่าย และเงินกู้ยืม รวมถึงบันทึกดอกเบี้ยและรายการตัดจำหน่าย

- กระทบยอดเจ้าหนี้การค้าและรายการระหว่างบริษัทในกลุ่ม (Intercompany)

4. การจัดทำงบการเงิน (Financial Reporting)

- จัดทำงบการเงินรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และรายปี พร้อมหมายเหตุประกอบงบการเงิน

- สนับสนุนการจัดทำงบการเงินรวม และการตัดรายการระหว่างบริษัท (Intercompany Elimination)

- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการจัดทำและเปิดเผยข้อมูลตามมาตรฐานบัญชี TFRS ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

5. ภาษีและการตรวจสอบบัญชี (Tax & Audit)

- สอบทานข้อมูลภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (WHT) ให้สอดคล้องกับบัญชีแยกประเภท

- จัดเตรียมร่างงบการเงิน เอกสารประกอบ และประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีในการตรวจสอบรายไตรมาสและประจำปี

6. งานอื่น ๆ (Other Responsibilities)
