หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. เปิดและอัปเดต Sales Order ในระบบ SAP

2. ตรวจสอบข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อ เช่น SKU, จำนวน, ราคา, Incoterm, วันที่ส่งมอบ และรายละเอียดสินค้า

3. จัดทำและติดตามเอกสารส่งออก เช่น Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List และเอกสารประกอบ Shipment

4. ประสานงานกับ Shipping, Warehouse, SCM, โรงงาน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

5. ติดตาม Loading Date, ETD, ETA และสถานะ Shipment

6. อัปเดต Shipment Tracker, Export Order Tracker และ Pending Document List

7. Support ข้อมูลให้ Sales Manager เช่น Shelf Life, Stock Status, Packing Detail, Order Status และ Shipment Status

8. อัปเดต Forecast & Actual Sales Report ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน

9. จัดทำรายงาน Sales Report รายสัปดาห์/รายเดือนตามรอบที่กำหนด

10. Support ข้อมูลด้าน PR, Accrual, Payment หรือเอกสารที่ Finance ขอ

11. แจ้งปัญหาล่วงหน้า หากพบความเสี่ยงที่อาจกระทบ Order, Shipment หรือ Timeline

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ, โลจิสติกส์, บริหารธุรกิจ, ภาษาอังกฤษ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีประสบการณ์งาน Export Sales Coordinator, Sales Admin, Logistics Coordinator หรือ Sales Operation **1–2 ปี**

3. สามารถใช้งาน ERP ได้ หากสามารถใช้งาน SAP ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

4. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับเอกสารส่งออก เช่น Invoice, Packing List, PI และ Shipping Document

5. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารทางอีเมลและประสานงานได้

6. จำเป็นต้องส่งผลสอบ TOEIC หรือเอกสารรับรองความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษประกอบการสมัคร

7. ใช้ Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet ได้ดี

8. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการตรวจเอกสารและข้อมูล

9. มีทักษะการติดตามงาน ประสานงาน และอัปเดตสถานะงานอย่างเป็นระบบ

10. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ Deadline ได้

11. มีทัศนคติที่ดี เรียนรู้งานเร็ว และรับผิดชอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
