The posting

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, campaign mechanics, pricing strategies, and promotional offers across both Dine-in and Delivery Platforms within the given timeline.
  • Support and manage nationwide operations across delivery platforms and other online channels (eg. Grab, LINE MAN, ShopeeFood, LINE GIFT, etc.)
  • Coordinate with delivery platform partners on campaigns, promotions, and media placements to ensure that product details, promotional offers, and pricing are displayed accurately while maximizing new customer acquisition, repeat rate (retention), AOV, and ROI/ROAS.
  • Monitor sales performance, campaign results, and reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve overall performance (Dine-in & Delivery).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Area Managers, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and IT, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage and lead co-promotional partnerships with leading businesses, including e-coupon sales and media barter partnerships.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the Admin Team, Area Managers, and delivery platforms to resolve cases and issues related to both Delivery and Dine-in channels.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design Team to brief Key Visuals and promotional materials for both Dine-in and Delivery channels.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or promotional campaign execution. Experience in Retail, FMCG, or F&B is preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and related sales management tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Eagerness to learn, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and business needs.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present insights, recommendations, and business performance to senior management.
