บริษัทกำลังมองหา Marketing Executive ที่มีความกระตือรือร้น รอบคอบ และสามารถบริหารจัดการงานได้อย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อดูแลและสนับสนุนการวางแผนและดำเนินงานแคมเปญการตลาดทั้งช่องทางออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ ร่วมกับ Marketing Manager และทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง การวางแผนการตลาด การประสานงานผลิตสื่อและคอนเทนต์ การควบคุม Timeline และ Deliverables ของแคมเปญ การดูแลภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ให้สอดคล้องทุกช่องทาง รวมถึงการทำงานร่วมกับทีมภายใน เช่น Sales, Customer Service, eCommerce และประสานงานกับ Agency หรือ Vendor ภายนอก  รายละเอียดงาน 1. วางแผนกลยุทธ์ด้านการตลาดและการสื่อสาร ทั้งช่องทางออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ (ร่วมงานกับทีม Marketing Manager – MM)

2. รับผิดชอบการเปิดตัวโครงการใหม่และกิจกรรมทางการตลาดในทุกช่องทาง ทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ (ร่วมงานกับ MM)

3. บริหารงบประมาณและการดำเนินงานด้านการสื่อสารการตลาดในทุกช่องทาง (ร่วมงานกับ MM และ Campaign Manager – CM)

4. จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบสื่อการตลาดในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ

5. ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับทีมขาย ทั้ง Customer Service และ eCommerce เพื่อนำแผนการตลาดไปสู่การปฏิบัติอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในแต่ละช่องทางและกับลูกค้ารายสำคัญ (ร่วมงานกับ MM)

6. วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงผลลัพธ์ของแคมเปญการตลาด โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ต่าง ๆ เช่น Marketing Analytics Reports, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics เป็นต้น (ร่วมงานกับ MM)

7. ติดตามเทรนด์การตลาดดิจิทัล และช่องทางหรือกลยุทธ์ใหม่ ๆ เพื่อให้แบรนด์นำหน้าคู่แข่งอยู่เสมอ รวมถึงการอัปเดตในด้านโซเชียลมีเดีย การวัดผล และการซื้อสื่อแบบอัตโนมัติ (Programmatic Media Buying) (ร่วมงานกับ MM)

8. จัดทำรายงานประจำสัปดาห์หรือรายงานตามแคมเปญ

9. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : - วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารงานการตลาด หรือทำงานในเอเจนซี่ดิจิทัลมีเดียอย่างน้อย 1 ปี

- มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ดี สามารถใช้งาน MS Office และ Google Tools ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว

- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และจัดการงานให้เสร็จตามเวลาที่กำหนดได้

- มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการและความสามารถด้านการตลาดที่แข็งแรง

- มี Growth Mindset
