1. Sales Data Accuracy

กระทบยอดข้อมูล POS – บัญชี – ยอดโอนจาก Third-Party Platform เพื่อค้นหาและติดตามส่วนต่างให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน ตรวจสอบ Void, Discount และ Other Income ให้บันทึกถูกต้องตามสาขาและหมวดบัญชี จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย รายวัน / รายสัปดาห์ และวิเคราะห์ผลเทียบกับเป้าหมายในระดับ Chain / เขต / สาขา ดูแลและปรับปรุง Master Data ของสาขา เช่น Store, Area, Area Manager และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ Operations

2. Third-Party Platform Management

ดูแลข้อมูล เมนู ราคา รูปภาพ และรายละเอียดสินค้า บน Delivery / Third-Party Platform ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน ดำเนินการตั้งค่า เปิด–ปิด และตรวจสอบ Promotion บนแต่ละ Platform ติดตามและตรวจสอบ Refund / Claim รวมถึงกระทบยอดยอดขายกับยอดโอนจาก Platform ตรวจสอบ GP / Commission และค่าใช้จ่ายจาก Platform เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไข ทำหน้าที่เป็น Key Contact ระหว่างบริษัทกับ Third-Party Platform และประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. BOM & Cost Control

ดูแลและปรับปรุง BOM (Bill of Materials) Master ให้สอดคล้องกับสูตรและมาตรฐานปัจจุบัน ตรวจสอบ Actual COGS % โดยพิจารณาร่วมกับ Yield และ Waste วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างระหว่าง Standard Cost และ Actual Cost และติดตามสาเหตุของ Variance จัดทำ Cost Monitoring และแจ้งเตือนเมื่อเมนูมีต้นทุนสูงเกินเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ประสานงานกับ Operations, Supply Chain, Finance และ R&D เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านต้นทุน

4. Inventory & Stock Count
