วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง

รับผิดชอบการวางแผนความต้องการสินค้า (Demand Planning) และการวางแผนอุปทาน (Supply Planning) เพื่อให้มีสินค้าพร้อมจำหน่ายอย่างเพียงพอ ลดปัญหา Out of Stock และ Over Stock พร้อมบริหาร Inventory ให้เหมาะสม รองรับการเติบโตของธุรกิจและการเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. Demand Planning

จัดทำ Forecast ร่วมกับทีม Sales และ Marketing

วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มยอดขาย โปรโมชั่น และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อ Demand

ติดตาม Forecast Accuracy และปรับปรุงแผนอย่างต่อเนื่อง

2. Supply Planning

วางแผนการสั่งซื้อสินค้าให้สอดคล้องกับ Forecast และ Lead Time

ประสานงานกับ OEM และทีม Purchasing เพื่อให้สินค้าผลิตและส่งมอบได้ตามแผน

วางแผนรองรับสินค้าใหม่ (NPD) และสินค้าปัจจุบัน

3. Inventory Management

บริหาร Inventory ให้อยู่ในระดับเป้าหมาย

ลด Out of Stock, Over Stock และสินค้าค้างสต็อก

กำหนด Safety Stock และ Reorder Point ที่เหมาะสม

4. Planning Process Improvement

พัฒนาระบบ Demand & Supply Planning

จัดทำ Dashboard และ KPI สำหรับติดตามผลการวางแผน

สนับสนุนกระบวนการ S&OP และการประชุมวางแผนร่วมกับทุกฝ่าย

5. Cross-functional Coordination

ทำงานร่วมกับ Sales, Marketing, SCM, Purchasing, Warehouse และ OEM

วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้าน Supply และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขล่วงหน้า

สนับสนุนการเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่ให้เป็นไปตาม Timeline

6. Team Management

บริหารและพัฒนาทีม Planning

กำหนด KPI และติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของทีม

พัฒนาศักยภาพทีมให้สามารถรองรับการเติบโตของธุรกิจ

Qualifications

1. การศึกษา

2. ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขา Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business 3. 3. Administration หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ประสบการณ์

1. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Demand Planning, Supply Planning หรือ Inventory Planning อย่างน้อย 5 ปี

2. มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี

3. มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ FMCG, Food หรือ Consumer Goods

4. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานร่วมกับ Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Warehouse และ Supply Chain

5. หากมีประสบการณ์บริหาร OEM หรือสินค้านำเข้าจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
