Research & สรรหารวมถึงติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดหาวัตถุดับ และนวัตกรรมต่าง ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการวิจัยในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ รวมถึงการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ในปัจจุบันให้มีคุณภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น 7. สำรวจ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งกายใน และภายนอกองค์กรเพื่อใช้ประกอบการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยการประสานงานต่อกับโรงงาน 8. ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Supplier กรณีใช้บริการ Outsource หรือ OEM เพื่อให้ผลลัพธ์ของงานบรรลุตามเป้าหมาย 9. ติดต่อประสานงามกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตเพื่อทดลองผลิตในสายการผลิตจริง รวมถึงการสรุป ตรวจสอบ และอนุมัติสูตรการผลิต 10. จัดเตรียมเอกสาร และดำเนินการจดแจ้งขึ้นทะเบียน อย. 11. บริหารจัดการเพื่อควบคุมให้ต้นทุนของผลิตภัณฑ์มีความเหมาะสม 12. จัดทำเอกสารแสดงขั้นตอนการผลิต สูตร คุณสมบัติของวัตถุดิบและผลิตภัณฑ์ สำหรับสินค้าใหม่และสินค้าในปัจจุบัน 13. ให้คำแนะนำ และคำปรึกษาด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อผู้บริหาร และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 14. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : - วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหารหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร - มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ (R&D) ในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มอย่างน้อย 5 ปี - มีความเชี่ยวชาญในกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ดังต่อไปนี้: Beverage, Sweet Confectionery, Cracker/Wafer หรือ Chocolate - มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีวินัย มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และรักความสะอาด - มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารที่ดี - มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office และ Google Tools ได้ดี - มี Growth Mindset
