1. กลยุทธ์การสรรหาและคัดเลือก

วางแผนสรรหาพนักงาน Back Office ตามแผนอัตรากำลังของแต่ละฝ่ายงาน

จัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ตำแหน่งงานผ่านช่องทางที่เหมาะสม

รวบรวม คัดเลือก และบริหารจัดการผู้สมัครผ่านระบบ Manatal (ATS) เพื่อให้ได้บุคลากรที่ตรงตามคุณสมบัติ

ประสานงานระหว่างผู้สมัครและผู้สัมภาษณ์ พร้อมเตรียมความพร้อมด้านสถานที่และระบบการสัมภาษณ์

ติดตามผลการสัมภาษณ์และประเมินผลผู้สมัครร่วมกับหน่วยงานต้นสังกัด

2. การบริหารโครงสร้างงานและเอกสารจ้างงาน

ติดต่อประสานงานกับทุกหน่วยงานเพื่อจัดทำ JD ในตำแหน่งงานใหม่ และทบทวน/ปรับปรุง JD เดิมที่มีอยู่ให้เป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ

จัดทำและนำเสนอสัญญาจ้างงานเพื่อขออนุมัติอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย

ตรวจสอบและรวบรวมเอกสารของพนักงานใหม่ให้ครบถ้วนก่อนเริ่มงาน

3. การบริหารจัดการค่าใช้จ่ายและการประเมินผล

นำเสนอเอกสารขออนุมัติและบริหารจัดการค่าใช้จ่ายในการสรรหาพนักงาน

บริหารจัดการการเบิกจ่ายค่าจ้างสำหรับพนักงานสัญญาจ้าง (Contractors) หรือ Outsource ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ติดตามและบริหารจัดการระบบการประเมินผลการทดลองงาน (Probation) ของพนักงานอย่างเป็นระบบ

บริหารจัดการข้อมูลพนักงานและสิทธิ์การใช้งานต่างๆ ผ่านระบบ Lark

4. รายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

อัปเดตข้อมูลแผนอัตรากำลัง, ตำแหน่งที่ว่าง, อัตราการลาออก (Turnover Rate) และข้อมูลอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
