Total Rewards Management

  • วิเคราะห์และเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลค่าตอบแทน (Salary Benchmarking) เพื่อสนับสนุนการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ด้านค่าตอบแทน
  • ดูแลและพัฒนานโยบายสวัสดิการให้ตอบโจทย์พนักงานและธุรกิจ

HR Analytics & Strategic Reporting

  • จัดทำ HR Dashboard และรายงานเชิงวิเคราะห์สำหรับผู้บริหาร
  • วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้าน Headcount, Turnover, Absenteeism, OT Cost, Productivity และ Workforce Trend
  • สรุป Insight และจัดทำรายงานเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล
  • พัฒนาและบริหารระบบฐานข้อมูล HR ให้มีความถูกต้องและสามารถนำไปใช้เชิงวิเคราะห์ได้
  • สนับสนุนการทำ Workforce Planning และ People Strategy ผ่านข้อมูลเชิงลึก

Process Improvement & HR Transformation
