  • ออกแบบ promo strategy ตาม objective (trial/repeat/basket/share gain) พร้อมคุม depth & mechanics
  • ทำ post evaluation มาตรฐาน (incremental, ROI, cannibalization) และนำ learnings ปรับแผน
  • สร้าง framework Event Evaluation (traffic, conversion, sell-out, brand impact, ROI)

C. Visibility (การมองเห็นในหน้าร้าน)

  • เป็นเจ้าของ Picture of Success (PicOS) ตาม format/account + planogram guideline
