Als Account Manager (m/w/d) hast Du ein gutes Verständnis für Kunden- und Nutzerbedürfnisse und wendest Dein Web- oder App-Know-how in der strategischen Beratung von Kunden und dem Ausbau Deiner Accounts an. Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams bist Du in der Lage, proaktiv Akquise bei Bestandskunden zu betreiben und diese vom Wert unserer Lösungen zu überzeugen.

Was Du dafür brauchst? Unbedingte Leidenschaft für digitale Produkte und Services sowie Überzeugungskraft und Kommunikationsstärke, um im Team optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Wir entwickeln dabei nichts von der Stange: Lösungsorientiertes, strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln gehören daher zu Deinen Stärken.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Du verantwortest Umsatz und Entwicklung deiner Accounts und bist erste Ansprechperson für deine Kunden, von der Fachebene bis zum C-Level.
  • Du berätst deine Kunden strategisch zu ihren digitalen Touchpoints und zur digitalen Transformation. Du entwickelst mit ihnen Visionen und identifizierst neue Potenziale, erstellst Angebote und verhandelst sie souverän.
  • Du übersetzt Kundenziele in klare Anforderungen und arbeitest dafür eng mit Projektmanagement und agilen Teams zusammen.
  • Du konzipierst und hältst Präsentationen, Workshops und Meetings bei Bestandskunden.
  • Mit deiner Erfahrung gibst du Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Account Managements und unterstützt jüngere Kolleg*innen als Sparringspartner.

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Digitalagentur in der Betreuung von Bestandskunden und in der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte wie Websites oder Onlineshops in agilen Projekten
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. BWL/Marketing, Medienmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder strategisches Design) ist wünschenswert, gerne auch eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Agilität und Teamgeist: Du hast Erfahrung darin, mit agilen Teams strategische Roadmaps umzusetzen und komplexe Projekte erfolgreich abzuschließen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Sicherheit in Moderation und Präsentation
  • Eine gute Portion Humor und Freude an interdisziplinärer Teamarbeit
