Bei 21TORR sind wir nur so gut wie unser Team – deshalb suchen wir Verstärkung, die uns im Tagesgeschäft rund um People & Culture unterstützt und dabei Schritt für Schritt in den Fachbereich hineinwächst.

Als Junior People & Culture Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du administrative und koordinierende Aufgaben entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem P&C-Team zusammen, lernst von erfahrenen Kolleg*innen und bekommst mit wachsender Erfahrung mehr Verantwortung. Die Position kannst du in Teilzeit (ab 32 Wochenstunden) oder Vollzeit ausüben – sag uns einfach, was für dich passt.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Administrative Unterstützung entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles (z. B. Vertragsunterlagen, Onboarding-Organisation, Datenpflege)
  • Mitarbeit im Recruiting: Terminkoordination für Vorstellungsgespräche, Kommunikation mit Bewerbenden, Pflege des Bewerbermanagement-Systems
  • Unterstützung und Teilnahme bei internen Feedback- und Entwicklungsprozessen (z. B. Vor- und Nachbereitung von Feedbackgesprächen)
  • Mitwirkung bei der laufenden Verbesserung von HR-Prozessen und -Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung im Employer Branding um die Positionierung von 21TORR als attraktiven Arbeitgeber weiter zu stärken

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist kommunikativ, empathisch und gehst gerne aktiv auf Menschen zu
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Terminen den Überblick
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit klarem Bezug zu Personalwesen (z. B. Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie, kaufmännische Ausbildung mit HR-Schwerpunkt)
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erste praktische Berührungspunkte mit HR-Aufgaben von Vorteil (Praktikum, Werkstudierendentätigkeit, Ausbildung) – idealerweise mit Bezug zu Agentur-, Startup- oder Projektumfeldern
  • Interesse an der Digitalagentur-Landschaft und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen
