-Проводить амбулаторный приём по графику, утверждённому администрацией поликлинического отделения, регулируя поток посетителей путём обеспечения как первичных, так и повторных больных талоном с указанием времени приёма. -Обеспечить полное и своевременное обследование и лечение больных хирургического профиля в соответствии с утверждёнными внутриучрежденческими стандартами оказания медицинской помощи. -В необходимых случаях направлять больных на консультацию в областные учреждения. -Проводить отбор больных на санаторно-курортное лечение. -Своевременно и в соответствии со стандартными требованиями заполнять направления на МСЭ. -Осуществлять своевременную госпитализацию (плановую и экстренную), в соответствии с показаниями, в стационары ГЛПУ ТО -Обеспечивать преемственность между поликлиникой и стационаром в обследовании и лечении больных. -Участвовать в проведении дополнительной диспансеризации в рамках национального проекта Здоровье, при выявлении патологии проводить необходимое лечение и наблюдение. Своевременно вести отчет о проделанной работе. -Выявлять, регистрировать и регулярно наблюдать лиц, подлежащих диспансеризации в соответствии с указаниями МЗ РФ. -Консультировать больных по направлению врачей других специальностей в поликлинике, стационаре, в том числе и на дому.

- высшее образование (специалитет по специальности "Лечебное дело" или "Педиатрия") и подготовка в интернатуре и (или) в ординатуре по специальности "Хирургия" или высшее образование (специалитет по специальности "Лечебное дело" или "Педиатрия") и освоение программы ординатуры по специальности "Хирургия" в части профессиональных компетенций, соответствующих обобщенной трудовой функции кода В профессионального стандарта "Врач-хирург"; - свидетельство об аккредитации специалиста по специальности "Хирургия".
