  • Provide clinically informed explanations of identified errors and opportunities for improvement.

AI Training & Rubric-Based Quality Assurance

  • Review medical information and AI-generated clinical content using structured evaluation guidelines.
  • Apply established assessment rubrics consistently across assigned tasks.
  • Identify inaccuracies, omissions, and inconsistencies affecting the quality of medical training data.
  • Evaluate the reliability of clinical interpretations produced from structured and unstructured medical records.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve AI model performance and clinical data quality.

Clinical Feedback & Project Collaboration

  • Prepare clear written assessments documenting clinical review findings and recommended corrections.
  • Communicate medical documentation discrepancies and relevant clinical considerations to project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to clarify review requirements and evaluation standards.
  • Contribute professional insights on complex inpatient cases and documentation-related questions.
  • Maintain consistent quality, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout assigned deliverables.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
