CDD Saisonnier à pourvoir dès à présent!

Activités principales

  • Informer le client sur les modalités de réservation et les prestations de l'établissement ;
  • Accueil des clients individuels et des groupes
  • Gestion des réservations et des comptes clients
  • Recevoir les clients à leur arrivée et s'occuper des formalités administratives liées à leur séjour ;
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients au cours de leur séjour ;
  • Effectuer le check-out des clients ;
  • Vérifier les moyens de paiement, rédiger les factures liées aux frais de séjour et procéder à l'encaissement ;
  • Remplir les supports de suivi d'activité et éditer les rapports statistiques du jour ;
  • Gérer le suivi administratif des comptes clients.
  • Présentation des prestations de l’hôtel, promotion des produits boutique…
  • Relations avec les agences de voyages, fournisseurs…
  • Coordination avec le service des étages

Compétences requises :

• Connaissances approfondies de l'accueil et sens très poussé du service client ; • Une expérience significative au même poste dans un établissement de même standing. • Excellente présentation ; • Maîtrise de l’anglais ; • Maîtrise de l’outil informatique.

La maitrise du logiciel Opera est un plus.
