Mission

Vous participerez à la gestion opérationnelle et administrative du service restauration, en vue d’acquérir les compétences nécessaires à la fonction de responsable. Vous assurerez la satisfaction des clients, la qualité du service, et contribuerez à la rentabilité du point de vente.

Vous vous reportez au 1er maître d’hôtel et à la Responsable des Ressources Humaines.

Vos missions principales seront :

  • Accueillir les clients avec courtoisie, professionnalisme et disponibilité
  • Être attentif aux besoins des clients tout au long du service
  • Assurer un service fluide, rapide et soigné
  • Gérer les remarques et réclamations de manière constructive
  • Veiller à la satisfaction client et à la qualité de l’expérience globale
  • Participer à la mise en place de la salle et du matériel
  • Respecter les standards de présentation (tenue, dressage, propreté)
  • Maintenir un espace de travail propre, organisé et agréable
  • Observer et recueillir les retours clients
  • Signaler les anomalies impactant la qualité du service
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des prestations
  • Appliquer les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP)
  • Respecter les procédures internes de qualité et de service
  • Participer à la prise de commande et à l’encaissement
  • Contribuer à la gestion des stocks (inventaires, réassort, commandes)
  • Participer à l’encadrement et à la motivation de l’équipe
  • Assurer une bonne communication entre les services (salle, cuisine, réception)
  • Participer activement aux réunions journalières
  • Utiliser un anglais professionnel de base en situation de service
  • Représenter l’image et les valeurs de l’établissement
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (chiffre d’affaires, satisfaction client)

Profil recherché

  • Vous préparez un diplôme en hôtellerie restauration (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS…)
  • Vous êtes motivé(e), dynamique et avez le sens du service
  • Excellente présentation et bon relationnel
  • Esprit d’équipe et envie d’apprendre
  • Une première expérience en restauration est un plus
