Вести учет личного состава организации, ее подразделений в соответствии с унифицированными формами первичной учетной документации. Оформлять прием, перевод и увольнение работников в соответствии с трудовым законодательством, положениями и приказами руководителя предприятия, а также другую установленную документацию по кадрам. Формировать и вести личные дела работников, вносить в них изменения, связанные с трудовой деятельностью. Подготавливать локальные нормативные акты и друге обязательные документы. Заполнять, учитывать и хранить трудовые книжки, производить подсчет трудового стажа, выдавать справки о настоящей и прошлой трудовой деятельности работников. Производить записи в трудовых книжках о поощрениях и награждениях работающих. Вносить информацию о количественном, качественном составе работников и их движении в банк данных о персонале организации, следить за его своевременным обновлением и пополнением. Составлять график очередных отпусков, вести учет предоставления отпусков работникам, осуществлять контроль за соблюдением графиков очередных отпусков. Вести учет и проверку правильности оформления больничных. Заполнять соответствующие графы о страховом стаже для определения размера пособия по временной нетрудоспособности. Предоставлять в ПФР сведения для регистрации в системе индивидуального (персонифицированного) учета, если лицо принято на работу впервые. Составлять документы в страховые компании для оформления полисов по добровольному медицинскому страхованию работников. Подготавливать необходимые материалы для квалификационных, аттестационных, конкурсных комиссий и представления работников к поощрениям и награждениям. Изучать причины текучести кадров, участвовать в разработке мероприятий по ее снижению. Осуществлять воинский учет. Подготавливать документы по истечении установленных сроков текущего хранения к сдаче на хранение в архив. Осуществлять контроль за состоянием трудовой дисциплины в подразделениях организации и соблюдением работниками Правил трудового распорядка.Составлять установленную отчетность.

Знание трудового законодательства РФ. Это необходимо для оформления трудовых отношений, расчёта отпускных и больничных. Ведение кадровой документации (приказы, трудовые договоры, личные дела). Работа с кадровыми системами (например, 1С:Зарплата и Управление персоналом, SAP HR). Составление отчётности (статистической, налоговой, внутренней). Владение MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Организация электронного документооборота. Навыки внедрения и поддержки систем электронного документооборота
