Atendimento publicitário responsável gestão da conta, pela interação com o cliente e seus diversos projetos. Atuar proativamente junto ao cliente antecipando suas necessidades, entendendo do negócio / objetivos, identificando oportunidades e gerando novos negócios.

? Relacionamento com os clientes ? Captar e Elaborar briefing ? Amplo entendimento do mercado e os objetivos dos clientes ? Gesta?o de projetos de comunicac?a?o e pauta ? com integração das equipes ? Desenvolver e implantar campanhas e projetos, desde a etapa de apresentação do projeto, follow e sua conclusão; ? Acompanhar e consolidar resultados das campanhas, report interno, aos clientes, gestão e medição da conta.

Requisitos

  • Experiência em captação e compreensão de briefings;
  • Análise de cenários e proposição de soluções;
  • Clareza na transmissão de informações para entrada do trabalho na agência;
  • Capacidade organizacional para conduzir o desenvolvimento e gerenciamento de projetos simultâneos e com várias equipes;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Capacidade de Interface e bom relacionamento interpessoal.

Diferenciais

  • Formação na área de Comunicação ou Marketing;
  • Experiência comprovada em atendimento de contas on e off;
  • Ter proatividade e capacidade de liderança;
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos como atendimento publicitário a contas de porte pequeno/médio.
