Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für das gesamte operative Personalgeschäft (Recruiting, Betreuung, Administration, etc.)
  • Aufbau, Entwicklung und Leitung der Personalabteilung mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Strukturen und Prozesse
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der HR-Organisation im Einklang mit unseren Unternehmenszielen
  • Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung, -entwicklung und -zufriedenheit
  • Beratung und Sparring der Geschäftsführung in allen personalrelevanten Themen
  • Förderung einer vertrauensvollen und offenen Unternehmenskultur

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, davon mehrere Jahre in leitender Funktion
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Transformation von Personalstrukturen
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in deutschem Arbeitsrecht, Personalentwicklung und Change Management
  • Hohes Maß an Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und unternehmerischem Denken
  • Begeisterung für den Mittelstand und Freude daran, Strukturen pragmatisch und menschenzentriert zu gestalten
