Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses (End-to-End)
  • Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen auf relevanten Kanälen
  • Active Sourcing über verschiedene Plattformen und Netzwerke
  • Sichtung und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungen sowie Durchführung von Erstinterviews
  • Fachliche Vorqualifizierung von Kandidaten in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen und der Geschäftsführung
  • Koordination und Terminierung von Bewerbungsgesprächen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Bewerberdatenbanken
  • Ansprechpartner für Bewerber während des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses
  • Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Recruiting-Strategien und -Prozessen

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting oder Personalwesen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Recruiting-Methoden und -Tools
  • Erfahrung im Active Sourcing und in der Kandidatenansprache, idealerweise im Bereich Handwerk
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Diskretion und sicheres Auftreten
  • Deutsch fließend, verhandlungssicher (C1)
