Analista de Departamento Pessoal Júnior/Pleno

Execução e acompanhamento das atividades relacionadas à administração de pessoal, folha de pagamento, encargos, benefícios e obrigações trabalhistas, assegurando qualidade nos processos e atendimento às legislações vigentes.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Realizar processos admissionais e demissionais;
  • Conferir e acompanhar folha de pagamento;
  • Executar cálculos trabalhistas (férias, rescisões)
  • Administrar controle de ponto eletrônico;
  • Realizar envio e conferência de eventos no eSocial; FGTS Digital
  • Controlar férias, afastamentos, estabilidade e benefícios;
  • Atender colaboradores e gestores para esclarecimento de dúvidas trabalhistas;
  • Garantir cumprimento de prazos e conformidade com a legislação trabalhista e previdenciária;
  • Elaborar relatórios, controles e indicadores da área;
  • Apoiar na melhoria e padronização dos processos internos do DP.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior em Administração, RH, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em Departamento Pessoal
  • Vivência com folha de pagamento, encargos e eSocial;
  • Excel intermediário.
  • Experiência com empresas terceirizadas/prestação de serviços;
  • Vivência com alto volume de admissões;
  • Conhecimento em convenções coletivas;
  • Experiência com auditorias trabalhistas;
  • Conhecimento no sistema Sankhya
