Analista Funcional Pleno

Atuação: Híbrida, sendo 3X presencial semanalmente na Chácara Santo Antônio – São Paulo/SP

Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 09h às 18h

Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar na operação e no acompanhamento dos processos relacionados ao Programa de Privacidade e à Governança de Inteligência Artificial Responsável, garantindo conformidade regulatória, gestão de riscos, manutenção de registros e avaliação de impactos relacionados à privacidade e ao uso de Inteligência Artificial.

A posição possui atuação transversal junto às áreas de negócio, tecnologia e liderança, apoiando a implementação de boas práticas de privacidade, proteção de dados e utilização responsável de Inteligência Artificial.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Operar e monitorar os processos do Programa de Privacidade;
  • Atuar na gestão de consentimento, ciclo de vida de dados pessoais e direitos dos titulares;
  • Realizar análises de privacidade relacionadas a novos produtos, serviços, projetos e processos, seguindo os princípios de Privacy by Design;
  • Apoiar a execução de Avaliações de Impacto à Privacidade – DPIA;
  • Acompanhar planos de mitigação de riscos;
  • Manter atualizados os Registros de Operações de Tratamento de Dados Pessoais – ROPA;
  • Acompanhar indicadores, evidências e controles relacionados à privacidade e IA Responsável;
  • Apoiar a elaboração e manutenção do inventário de modelos de Inteligência Artificial utilizados pela organização;
  • Suportar processos de avaliação de risco de modelos de IA;
  • Classificar modelos conforme criticidade e finalidade de uso;
  • Apoiar a aplicação do framework de IA Responsável durante todo o ciclo de vida dos modelos;
  • Monitorar o cumprimento de requisitos regulatórios e diretrizes relacionadas à utilização de Inteligência Artificial.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Conhecimento aprofundado da LGPD, incluindo seus princípios, bases legais e principais obrigações;
  • Experiência na condução ou revisão de iniciativas de Privacy by Design;
  • Conhecimento em mapeamento e manutenção de ROPA – Registros de Operações de Tratamento;
  • Capacidade de analisar fluxos de dados pessoais e identificar riscos relacionados à privacidade;
  • Conhecimento de frameworks de IA Responsável;
  • Experiência na operação e manutenção de inventários de modelos de Inteligência Artificial;
  • Conhecimento do ciclo de vida de modelos de IA, contemplando concepção, desenvolvimento, validação, monitoramento e descontinuação.

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Experiência com ferramentas de gerenciamento de privacidade, como OneTrust, SAP GRC Privacy ou similares;
  • Conhecimento em Excel, Power BI ou outras ferramentas para construção e acompanhamento de dashboards;
  • Experiência em mapeamento de processos e criação de fluxos operacionais;
  • Possuir experiência prática em ambientes corporativos com programas estruturados de privacidade, governança de dados e governança de Inteligência Artificial;
  • Possui experiência em LGPD, Privacidade, Privacy by Design e Governança de IA.
