Técnico de Campo

Atuar nas imediações de São Paulo/SP

⏳ Segunda à Sexta-feira | Horário Comercial.

Responsabilidades:

Realizar instalação, manutenção, diagnóstico, configuração e substituição de equipamentos de TI;

Atuar em atendimentos de hardware, periféricos, desktops, notebooks, impressoras e demais equipamentos contemplados pelo contrato;

Realizar deslocamentos até o endereço de atendimento, seguindo as orientações de rota e logística da operação;

Cumprir procedimentos de segurança, acesso às localidades e políticas estabelecidas pelo cliente.

Atuar no fluxo de PRS (Pedido/Processo de Recurso e Serviço), garantindo o correto andamento do atendimento desde o recebimento até a finalização.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

Experiência com atendimento técnico de campo

Conhecimento em manutenção e suporte de equipamentos de informática;

Conhecimento de hardware, software, redes e periféricos;

CNH válida e disponibilidade para utilização de veículo (carro), conforme necessidade da operação;

Disponibilidade para deslocamentos e viagens;

Demais informações:

Trata-se de uma oportunidade CLT com prazo indeterminado. Início a combinar, atuando no horário comercial de Segunda a Sexta com 1 hora de descanso/almoço.

Valor de R$ 2.600,00 + VR/VA R$ 40,00 (20% de desconto) +KM: R$0,95 (Reembolsados KM, Estacionamentos e pedágios) + Cartão flexível no valor de R$ 500,00 ( sem ônus ao colaborador)+ Convênio médico coparticipativo e plano odontológico (opcionais) + descontos com faculdade Unyleya (Graduação e Pós) + seguro de vida.
