Assistente de Suporte Telefonia Móvel – Prestador de Serviços

Tipo de oportunidade: somente para profissionais com empresas – PJ.

Modelo: Atendimento presencial à um cliente da 3AM IT.

Período: Indeterminado;

Horário Comercial;

Centro - Belo Horizonte - MG

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

• Suporte de telefonia celular ao usuário;

• Auxílio no controle do Inventário (estoque) dos equipamentos do cliente;

• Abertura e acompanhamento de protocolos de atendimento junto aos canais e plataformas do cliente;

• Configuração mobile (e-mail, MDM, Apps);

• Conhecimento dos produtos/planos do cliente para atuação no mesmo;

Qualificações e Requisitos:

Fácil acesso ao local de atuação;

• Conhecimento e experiência atuando com telefonia celular;

• Experiência com suporte técnico em telefonia ou microinformática.

Disponibilidade para início imediato.

Demais informações: Trata-se de uma oportunidade PJ com prazo indeterminado. Início imediato, atuando no horário comercial
