OBJECTIFS DU RÔLE

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Cuisinier(ère) dynamique et efficace pour rejoindre notre équipe chez les 3 Brasseurs. Relevant directement du Responsable de cuisine, vous serez le moteur de notre cuisine en exécutant des plats de haute qualité selon nos recettes, en veillant à la préparation optimale de votre poste et en vous assurant que la rapidité et l'exécution répondent à nos normes culinaires les plus élevées. Si vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement dynamique et à fort volume et que vous tirez une grande fierté de la présentation soignée de vos assiettes, nous vous voulons sur notre ligne !

RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES

  • Préparation des plats commandés sur votre poste dans un environnement de restaurant à fort volume
  • Préparation et mise en place des différents postes de travail (mise en place)
  • Assister le Responsable de cuisine dans tous les aspects du fonctionnement de la cuisine
  • Nettoyage de votre poste et participation aux activités globales de nettoyage de la cuisine
  • Respect strict des normes d'hygiène et de salubrité établies par l'entreprise
  • Entretien et nettoyage général durant les périodes plus calmes
  • Porter assistance au plongeur au besoin
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes demandées par le Chef de cuisine

EXPÉRIENCE

  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement au rythme soutenu
  • Expérience en service à fort volume

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a fast-paced Line Cook to join our team at 3 Brasseurs. In this role reporting into the Kitchen Manager, you will be the engine of our kitchen, executing high-quality dishes according to our recipes, maintaining station readiness, and ensuring timing and execution meet our highest culinary standards. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment and take pride in exceptional plate presentation, we want you on our line.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of the dishes ordered on your station in a high volume restaurant environment
  • Preparing and setting up the different work stations
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Cleaning of your station and participation in kitchen cleaning activities
  • Respect of the hygiene and salubrity standards established by the Company
  • General cleaning during downtime
  • Assist the dishwasher when required
  • All other related tasks requested by the Chef de Cuisine
