Als agenturerfahrene:r Senior Projekmanager:in bei 3pc realisierst du gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinärem Team digitale Projekte und übernimmst die ganzheitliche und strategische Beratung und Betreuung von Kund:innen. Du übersetzt komplexe Bedürfnisse in klare Anforderungen, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Umsetzungsprozess und optimale Ergebnisse.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest technisch anspruchsvolle CMS-Projekte von der Idee bis zur Implementierung und verantwortest die Projektsteuerung mithilfe von klassischen und agilen bzw. hybriden Methoden
  • Du koordinierst ein interdisziplinäres Team und unterstützt die interne Kommunikation und den Wissenstransfer
  • Du analysierst die Anforderungen deiner Kund:innen und bildest die kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen den Kund:innen und den einzelnen Abteilungen
  • Du erstellst Angebote und hältst Präsentationen bei Pitches und für Kund:innen
  • Du machst Aufwandseinschätzungen und bist für das Controlling und Reporting deiner Projekte zuständig
  • Du berätst unsere Kund:innen verstärkt bei technischen Fragen und trittst als souveräne:r Ansprechpartner:in auf

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast langjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement für digitale Projekte und im Führen von Projektteams
  • Du hast ein gutes konzeptionelles sowie technisches Verständnis, insbesondere im Kontext Webentwicklung mit CMS wie TYPO3 und WordPress
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, entscheidungsfreudig und proaktiv
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich
