ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION

42dot의 Product Planning Team Leader는 SDV 및 AI 기반 모빌리티 제품이 고객에게 선택되고 실제 사업 성과로 이어지도록, OEM 요구사항과 시장 인사이트를 사업성 있는 Product Roadmap과 상품(Offering·Pricing·BM)으로 구체화해 출시와 시장 확산까지 책임지는 역할입니다. 이 과정에서 팀의 핵심 의사결정을 리드하고, 조직 전체의 상품기획 역량과 결과물의 질을 책임집니다. Business Development Group 내에서 Product Planning Team을 이끌며 BD Group Leader 및 OEM Account Team과 긴밀히 협업해 팀의 우선순위를 조율하고, Product·Engineering·PM 등 유관 조직과의 Cross-functional 협업을 주도합니다. 팀원들의 성장을 지원하는 동시에, 본인 스스로도 핵심 제품 라인의 상품기획을 직접 리딩하는 Player-Coach 역할을 수행합니다.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Team Leadership & Organization Management o Product Planning Team의 운영, 성과관리, 팀원 육성을 책임지고, BD Group Leader(GL)와 협업해 팀의 우선순위와 주요 의사결정을 리드 o 상품기획-Product개발 / Engineering - Business Development 조직간 Cross-functional 협업 체계를 운영

- OEM/Market Requirement & Commercial Planning o OEM 요구사항과 VOC를 고객가치, 적용 차종, Volume, Price, SOP 등 Commercial Requirement로 구조화하고, Product Roadmap 반영 여부를 개발팀과 검토 o Product/Engineering조직에 사업 관점의 Input을 제공하고 우선순위를 조정

- Business Case & Profitability o 신규 Product/Feature의 Volume, Penetration, Revenue, Cost, Margin 기반 Business Case 수립 및 사업성 Gate 승인

- Business Model & Monetization o License, Subscription, Per-Vehicle/Feature, HW/SW Bundle 등 BM 및 Monetization 구조 설계를 리드하고 팀의 설계안을 검증

- Product Offering & Feature Packaging o 고객·차종·시장별 Feature Tier 및 HW/SW Bundle 구성에 대한 업무 리드 o OEM 차종·트림과 연계한 Product Offering 정의

- Pricing & Licensing o Price Book과 License Structure 설계를 유관부서와 협업을 통해 주도

- Product Commercialization & Penetration o Product/Feature별 차종·브랜드·시장 확대 전략과 Commercial KPI 기반으로 Offering/Pricing 개선과 Upsell/Cross-sell 기회 발굴을 리드

QUALIFICATIONS

- Product Planning 또는 Product Marketing 분야 10년 이상 경력

- 팀 리드 경험, 또는 팀원 육성·성과관리 등 조직 관리에 준하는 리더십 경험

- Pricing, Licensing, Subscription 등 Monetization 모델 설계 및 운영 경험

- SaaS, AI, Automotive Software, Mobility, Platform 등 분야의 제품/서비스 기획 경험

- B2B Product/Service 출시 및 운영 경험

- Business Requirement를 Product Requirement로 구체화한 경험

- Cross-functional 조직과의 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 조율 역량

- 소프트웨어 개발 조직과의 협업 경험

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- SDV, OEM, Tier1, 제조, Mobility Platform, Embedded, Autonomous Driving 등 Automotive Ecosystem 경험

- Automotive, Mobility, Robotics, AI, Software 산업에서의 조직/팀 리드 경험

- Product Marketing 또는 GTM 협업 경험

- 복잡한 제품·플랫폼 기반 서비스 경험

- MBA 또는 관련 분야 석사 학위
