Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt uns bei dem Aufbau eines Partnernetzwerks aus Handwerkern und Herstellern und betreust dieses mit.
  • Hierfür kontaktierst Du eigenverantwortlich potenzielle Partner, führst Erstgespräche und führst Marktrecherchen durch.
  • Du pflegst relevante Informationen und Daten in unseren Systemen, überprüfst bestehende Workflows und unterstützt dabei, Prozesse und Systematiken kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren.
  • Du arbeitest abteilungsübergreifend, vor allem aber mit Product, Customer Success und Sales, um das Angebot von 42watt zu stärken und unsere Customer Experience zu verbessern.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist immatrikulierter Student und bringst ein starkes Interesse an Business-Prozessen, Kommunikation und der Energiewende mit.
  • Du bringst starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit, gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und hast keine Scheu vor der eigenständigen Erstansprache.
  • Du arbeitest exakt, zuverlässig und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch bei der Erfassung und Pflege von Daten in CRM-Systemen.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer mit starkem Schnittstellen-Denken und arbeitest gerne flexibel mit Abteilungen wie Product, Sales oder Customer Success zusammen.
  • Du sprichst deutsch auf C1 Niveau.

  • Fachinterview (45-60 Min.) – Im Gespräch mit unserem Partnership Management Team tauchen wir tiefer in deine fachlichen Kompetenzen ein. Bring gern alle fachlichen Fragen mit.
