The posting

Verkoop e-facturatieoplossingen die verder gaan dan Nederland.

In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verkooptraject rondom onze e-facturatieoplossingen. Je spreekt met veelal Nederlandse organisaties, maar de scope van hun vraagstukken reikt regelmatig verder dan Nederland. Denk aan internationale berichtuitwisseling, compliance-eisen en facturatieprocessen tussen verschillende systemen.

Je hoeft geen technisch specialist te zijn, maar je snapt wél hoe systemen met elkaar communiceren en welke rol berichtuitwisseling daarin speelt. Begrippen als EDI, Peppol, BIS en XML-berichten klinken jou niet onbekend in de oren, of je bent in ieder geval nieuwsgierig genoeg om je daar snel in te verdiepen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Sales Executive E-Invoicing ben jij het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor organisaties die hun e-facturatieprocessen willen verbeteren, automatiseren of compliant willen maken.

Je begeleidt prospects en klanten van eerste contact tot akkoord. Veel gesprekken voer je via Teams, maar bij grotere of complexere trajecten geef je ook demo’s of ga je op afspraak bij de klant langs. Je staat er niet alleen voor: je werkt samen met consultants en een commercieel specialist op het gebied van e-invoicing.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • verantwoordelijk bent voor het volledige verkooptraject van lead tot deal;
  • e-facturatieoplossingen verkoopt aan voornamelijk Nederlandse entiteiten met vaak een internationale scope;
  • klantvragen vertaalt naar passende oplossingen binnen onze dienstverlening;
  • demo’s geeft of klantafspraken voert, online en waar nodig op locatie;
  • samenwerkt met consultants en e-invoicing specialisten om inhoudelijk sterke voorstellen te maken;
  • commerciële kansen signaleert en opvolgt;
  • klantinformatie, afspraken en voortgang zorgvuldig vastlegt in het CRM-systeem;
  • bijdraagt aan de verdere groei en positionering van onze e-facturatiedienstverlening.

Uitgaande facturen converteren wij automatisch naar de standaard die nodig is voor de overheid of jouw debiteur. Zo draaien de facturatieprocessen 24/7 probleemloos door.

Wat breng je mee?

Je bent commercieel, zelfstandig en inhoudelijk sterk genoeg om klanten mee te nemen in een oplossing die soms best complex kan zijn. Je hoeft geen technische opleiding te hebben gevolgd, maar je begrijpt wel de basis van systeemintegraties, datastromen of digitale berichtuitwisseling.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstrol, salesrol of business developmentfunctie;
  • Affiniteit met berichtuitwisseling, bijvoorbeeld EDI, Peppol, BIS, XML of vergelijkbare berichten tussen systemen;
  • Ervaring met ViDa is een pre;
  • Het vermogen om complexe oplossingen helder en praktisch uit te leggen;
  • Een zelfstandige en gestructureerde manier van werken;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel online als bij klanten op locatie;
  • Nieuwsgierigheid naar e-facturatie, compliance en digitale procesoptimalisatie;
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen is mooi meegenomen.
