Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive BusinessDevelopment Executive to join our Sales Team. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities and partnerships to support the company's growth. You will conduct prospecting and outbound outreach to potential clients, brands and business partners, while building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their business and marketing needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to support the company's growth
  • Conduct prospecting and outbound outreach to potential clients, brands and business partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business and marketing needs
  • Present suitable marketing, advertising, event and partnership solutions to prospective clients
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to proposal, negotiation and closing
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentation materials based on client requirements
  • Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure successful execution of client campaigns and partnerships
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential brands or partners for new business opportunities
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Marketing or Partnerships would be advantageous
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and client outreach
  • Comfortable and confident in delivering client and partner presentations.
  • Strong interest in sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working towards sales targets/KPIs
  • Able to build relationships and communicate confidently with clients and business partners
