Estamos em busca de um(a) Product Manager Sênior para liderar a visão e a estratégia de nossos produtos digitais. Buscamos um(a) profissional capaz de gerenciar o ciclo de vida do produto de ponta a ponta (end-to-end), conectando as necessidades do negócio, tecnologia e design. Você será responsável por transformar dados e feedbacks em roadmaps claros, garantindo entregas de valor, previsibilidade e o crescimento sustentável do produto.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Planejamento Estratégico: Definir visão, objetivos e posicionamento do produto, mantendo o roadmap alinhado com a estratégia corporativa.
  • Gestão de Backlog e Requisitos: Levantar e documentar requisitos de negócio, elaborando User Stories, épicos e critérios de aceitação (PBB, PBI) com qualidade técnica.
  • Priorização: Gerenciar o backlog baseando-se em dados e frameworks de priorização (RICE, ICE, MoSCoW) focado em valor, risco e impacto.
  • Acompanhamento do Delivery: Planejar releases e acompanhar a execução junto aos times técnicos, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos, escopo e a gestão de riscos e dependências.
  • Gestão do Ciclo de Vida: Conduzir fases de concepção (Discovery), desenvolvimento e evolução, avaliando a viabilidade de novas funcionalidades.
  • Governança e Métricas: Monitorar KPIs e OKRs de produto (North Star, funil, retenção), reportando status e resultados à liderança para apoiar a melhoria contínua.
  • Gestão de Stakeholders: Atuar como ponto focal e ponte entre áreas internas (Comercial, Marketing, Suporte) e externas, alinhando expectativas e comunicando decisões.
  • Lançamento e Evolução: Coordenar estratégias de Go-to-Market e lançamentos, coletando feedbacks pós-lançamento para priorizar correções e evoluções.
  • Colaboração Multidisciplinar: Trabalhar de perto com UX Designers e Engenharia para validar hipóteses e garantir a viabilidade técnica e usabilidade.

Requisitos:

  • Gestão de Produto: Sólida experiência com gestão end-to-end (Discovery e Delivery) e uso de metodologias ágeis (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Análise de Dados: Capacidade analítica para interpretação de métricas, KPIs e validação de hipóteses.
  • Visão Técnica: Entendimento conceitual de APIs, integrações e cloud para dialogar efetivamente com o time de engenharia.
  • Documentação e Especificação: Experiência na validação e escrita de requisitos técnicos e de negócio.
  • Formação Acadêmica: Graduação Superior em Gestão de Produtos ou Pós-graduação em Produtos Digitais (Obrigatório).
  • Idiomas: Inglês nível Intermediário (domínio e fluência).

Ferramentas e Conceitos Adicionais:

  • Gestão e Documentação: Domínio de Jira e Confluence (para gestão de tarefas e documentação) e Google Drive.
  • Prototipação e Colaboração: Experiência com Figma, Miro e FigJam para ideação e alinhamento com UX.
  • Comunicação: Familiaridade com Slack, Discord e Google Meet para rituais e dia a dia.

Diferenciais (Qualificações Desejáveis):

  • Certificações na área, como PM3 (Gestão de Produtos Digitais) ou CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
  • Experiência prévia como PM em empresas de plataforma ou produtos SaaS.
  • Conhecimento em modelos de negócio (B2B, B2C, SaaS), precificação e análise de concorrência.
  • Experiência com Go-to-Market, construção de Business Cases e análise de ROI/viabilidade econômica.
  • Conhecimentos em engenharia de software.
