Product Manager Sênior

Estamos em um momento de expansão relevante: vamos embutir inteligência artificial em todos os nossos produtos — e queremos que você lidere esse movimento como Product Manager Sênior.

O que você vai fazer

  • Definir a visão e a estratégia de IA para os produtos da Mindsight, do discovery à entrega
  • Colaborar com times de engenharia, design e dados para construir funcionalidades de IA embutida em toda a plataforma
  • Identificar oportunidades de produto, priorizar com autonomia e conduzir o roadmap sem depender de direcionamento constante
  • Influenciar stakeholders internos com dados, clareza e visão de longo prazo
  • Garantir que em 6 meses todos os produtos tenham IA como parte central da experiência

O que esperamos de você

  • Experiência sólida como Product Manager em empresas de SaaS
  • Histórico comprovado na construção de produtos com IA embutida
  • Autonomia para tomar decisões estratégicas e avançar sem precisar de validação a cada passo
  • Inglês avançado — você vai ler, escrever e apresentar em inglês com frequência
  • Capacidade de influenciar equipes e lideranças sem ter autoridade formal sobre elas

Diferenciais que vão contar pontos

  • Experiência em HR Tech ou plataformas de gestão de pessoas
  • Vivência em times de produto enxutos, onde você precisou fazer mais com menos
  • Conhecimento de LLMs, APIs de IA e as possibilidades (e limites) dessas tecnologias
