REQUISITOS

Ensino Médio Completo;

Curso ou Graduação em Gastronomia;

Conhecimento de diferentes técnicas e perfis culinários;

Disponibilidade de Horário.

Estamos em busca de um Chefe de Cozinha experiente e dinâmico para liderar nossa equipe . O candidato ideal terá forte habilidade em liderança, será capaz de resolver problemas rapidamente e manterá a qualidade em cada prato servido.

  • Substituir funcionários que estejam de folga, férias ou que falte em suas praças quando necessário.
  • Supervisionar todas as praças da cozinha para que realizem a produção de cardápio conforme ficha técnica, no tempo correto observando as normas de segurança e higiene.
  • Efetuar criações de novidades do buffet e executá-las.
  • Supervisionar uniformes, e se a equipe está em condições de estar na cozinha.
  • Montar as escalas de folgas da equipe da cozinha.
  • Fiscalizar vencimentos de produtos.
  • Supervisionar a limpeza da cozinha.

Elaborar fichas técnicas (quantidade, modo de preparo, ingredientes etc.) a fim de garantir a padronização e apurar o custo total de cada prato.

  • Criar e Executar o cardápio do restaurante de acordo com as orientações do(a) nutricionista.
  • Fazer o fechamento da cozinha: guardar os insumos na câmara fria e olhar as datas de vencimentos, supervisionar a limpeza do chão e a organização da cozinha, fechar os gases, desligar os disjuntores e o registro da água.
  • Verificar as datas de validade e as etiquetas dos produtos antes de utilizá-los diariamente colocando novas etiquetas sempre que necessário.
  • Observar e cumprir o manual de Boas Práticas e as Pops.
  • Utilizar e fiscalizar o uso dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individuais (EPI).
  • Supervisionar e fazer cumprir as normas da vigilância sanitária por todos os funcionários do setor.
