Работник обязан добросовестно выполнять следующие должностные обязанности: -выполнять работу по ведению бухгалтерского учета в соответствии с требованиями действующего законодательства Российской Федерации в части, касающейся учета принадлежащих организации материалов, ГСМ, основных средств, расчетов с поставщиками и подрядчиками, питания обучающихся; -осуществлять прием и контроль первичной документации, подготавливать ее к счетной обработке, в части, касающейся учета принадлежащих организации материалов, ГСМ, основных средств, расчетов с поставщиками и подрядчиками, питания обучающихся; -производить оприходование и списание материалов, ГСМ, основных средств, расчетов с поставщиками и подрядчиками, т. е. отражать операции на счетах бухгалтерского учета в программе 1С; -пользоваться системой удаленного финансового документооборота Федерального казначейства (СУФД) - формировать Сведения о бюджетном обязательстве, о денежном обязательстве, Заявки на кассовый расход; формировать платежные поручения в программе 1С; -выполнять работу по ведению учета питания льготных категорий детей (по соглашению), бесплатного горячего питания обучающихся, получающих начальное общее образование, во время каникул вести учет питания детей, посещающих лагерь дневного пребывания при МОУ СОШ №6, предоставлять ООО Комбинату питания учащихся соответствующие отчеты; -принимать участие в ежегодной инвентаризации материалов и основных средств, оформлять итоги инвентаризации инвентаризационными ведомостями; -уметь работать с контрактами отражать операции по внесению контрактов, наименований и реквизитов поставщиков в программе 1С; -обеспечивать руководителей, кредиторов, аудиторов и других пользователей бухгалтерской отчетности сопоставимой и достоверной бухгалтерской информацией по соответствующему участку учета; -участвовать в определении содержания основных приемов и методов ведения учета и технологии обработки бухгалтерской информации; -подготавливать данные по соответствующему участку бухгалтерского учета для составления сводной отчетности, оформлять документацию в соответствии с установленным порядком: распечатывать соответствующие журналы-ордера № 4,7,8, прикладывая к ним первичную месячную документацию, формировать папки и прошивать для передачи в архив; -выполнять работы по формированию, ведению и хранению базы данных бухгалтерской информации, вносить изменения в справочную и нормативную информацию, используемую при обработке данных.
