Ebenso stehen wir bereits in den Startlöchern für weitere Standorte in Österreich und in den Niederlanden. Nirgendwo sonst findest du so hochwertige Pizza wie bei uns – mit bis zu 72 Stunden Teigruhe und 60 Sekunden Backzeit im 485 Grad heißen Ofen.

Für unser Büro vor Ort in Essen, Dortmund oder München suchen wir einen erfahrenen und abschlusssicheren Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du erstellst eigenständig die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB, einschließlich aller Abgrenzungen und Rückstellungen sowie der Kontenabstimmung
  • Du bereitest die Unterlagen für Steuerberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfung auf und bist dort die erste Ansprechperson
  • Du verantwortest die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung: Kontierung und Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Du erstellst betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen
  • Du prüfst und gibst Eingangsrechnungen frei und wickelst den Zahlungsverkehr ab
  • Du überwachst die offenen Posten und führst das Mahnwesen durch
  • Du betreust das Zeiterfassungssystem e2n und pflegst die Daten dort
  • Du bearbeitest das Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen
  • Du pflegst die Stammdaten des Unternehmens und unserer Mitarbeitenden
  • Du arbeitest mit internen Teams, Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Behörden zusammen

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und sichere Praxis bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB und im Steuerrecht
  • Wünschenswert: eine angefangene oder bereits abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder Steuerfachwirt
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit mehreren Gesellschaften oder im Filialgeschäft, idealerweise in der Gastronomie
  • Sicheren Umgang mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. [DATEV]) und MS Office, vor allem Excel
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
