Als Werkstudent HR (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser HR Team bei der effizienten und professionellen Gestaltung unserer HR-Prozesse. Du bist uns eine wichtige Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und kannst Dich als festes Teammitglied aktiv mit deinen Ideen einbringen.

  • Employee Lifecycle: Du unterstützt uns bei der Organisation und Begleitung von Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen
  • People Operations: Du unterstützt uns bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Bescheinigungen und weiteren Personaldokumenten
  • People Stammdatenpflege: Du unterstützt uns bei der Pflege unserer HR Stammdaten
  • Recruiting: Du unterstützt 60 seconds bei der aktiven Suche nach unseren neuen Talenten
  • HR Projekte: Du unterstützt das HR Team bei operativen und strategischen People Projekten
