Ищем в нашу команду Оператора колл-центра:

Условия:

· Заработная плата 57 600 на испытательном сроке, 61 200 после (на руки);

· График 2/2 с 10 до 22;

· Скидочная карта 40% на всю нашу крутую продукцию;

· Официальное оформление по ТК;

· Зарплата 2 раза в месяц без задержек;

· Комфортный офис на ст. метро Московские ворота, ул. Заставская, дом 15;

· Обучение в процессе работы;

· Дружный молодой коллектив.

Обязанности:

· Принятие входящих телефонных звонков;

· Консультирование гостей по возникающим вопросам;

· Помощь в оформлении заказов через мобильное приложение;

· Взаимодействие с курьерами и ответственными лицами с торговых точек;

· Работа с претензиями и обращениями;

· Сбор обратной связи по качеству сервиса;

· Консультирование гостей по маркетинговой активности компании, акциям и предложениям;

· Работа с отчетами в Excel, Гугл-таблицах;

· Работа в программе 1С Предприятие, оформление заказов в программе на торговые точки; (обучение в процессе стажировки)

· Консультация в чате;

· Мониторинг рабочих чатов с сотрудниками компании, помощь по возникающим вопросам.

Требования:

· Опыт работы в колл-центре будет преимуществом, но небольшим :)

· Грамотная письменная и устная речь;

· Внимательность;

· Вежливость;

· Уважительное отношение к самым разным людям;

· Опытный пользователь ПК;

· Навык принятия самостоятельных ответственных решений.
