Responsabilidades

  • Realizar manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva em sistemas eletromecânicos, máquinas e equipamentos industriais.
  • Diagnosticar falhas em circuitos elétricos, sistemas hidráulicos, pneumáticos e componentes mecânicos utilizando ferramentas e instrumentos específicos.
  • Interpretar diagramas elétricos, desenhos mecânicos e manuais técnicos para execução de serviços e montagens.
  • Programar e ajustar controladores lógicos programáveis (CLPs), inversores de frequência e sistemas de automação industrial.
  • Executar calibrações em instrumentos de medição e controle de processos, garantindo a precisão dos equipamentos.
  • Participar da instalação e comissionamento de novas máquinas e linhas de produção, assegurando o correto funcionamento.
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos detalhados sobre as intervenções realizadas, especificando peças substituídas e horas de serviço.

Requisitos

  • Formação técnica completa em Eletromecânica, Mecatrônica, Eletrotécnica ou áreas correlatas
  • Conhecimento sólido em eletrônica industrial, comandos elétricos e leitura de diagramas elétricos complexos.
  • Proficiência em diagnóstico e reparo de sistemas hidráulicos e pneumáticos, incluindo bombas, válvulas e atuadores.
  • Experiência com programação e manutenção de CLPs (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider) e inversores de frequência.
  • Certificação NR10 (Segurança em Instalações e Serviços em Eletricidade) e NR35 (Trabalho em Altura) válidas.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em altura, espaços confinados e em ambientes industriais com ruído e altas temperaturas.
