The posting

Je ontvangt aanvragen via externe sales of rechtstreeks van klanten. Jij verdiept je in de technische toepassing, brengt de vereisten helder in kaart en zoekt samen met gespecialiseerde fabrikanten naar een technisch én commercieel passende oplossing. Daarna blijf je eigenaar van de opvolging tot de levering.

  • Technische vragen doorgronden. Je analyseert specificaties zoals druk, temperatuur, materialen, procesomstandigheden en gewenste aansturing. Je stelt gerichte vragen en laat geen belangrijk detail liggen.
  • De juiste oplossing uitwerken. Je bouwt diepgaande expertise op in één of meerdere merken, onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met de fabrikanten en vertaalt hun oplossingen naar technisch onderbouwde offertes.
  • Dossiers en leveringen opvolgen. Na de bestelling stem je af met fabrikant, klant en buitendienst. Je bewaakt de voortgang, afspraken en leveringstermijnen via het interne opvolgsysteem. Voor de zuiver administratieve verwerking kun je rekenen op collega's.
  • Samenwerken met het atelier. Veel producten worden bij Prodim nog geassembleerd of aangepast, bijvoorbeeld door een afsluiter met een aandrijving te combineren. Jij verduidelijkt de technische verwachtingen en coördineert de voortgang met ervaren ateliermedewerkers.

Je maakt deel uit van een compact en technisch sterk team, aangestuurd door een teamlead. Collega's delen hun kennis en je krijgt tegelijk de autonomie om je eigen dossiers zorgvuldig te beheren.

  • Technisch gevormd. Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, mechanica, (bio)chemie of een verwante technische/wetenschappelijke richting, met een goed inzicht in fysica en chemie.
  • Vertrouwd met industriële omgevingen. Ervaring in inside sales, technische projectopvolging of de procesindustrie is een troef. Ook ervaring bij contractors, installatiebedrijven of machinebouwers sluit goed aan.
  • Analytisch én praktisch. Je denkt oplossingsgericht, werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en houdt meerdere dossiers overzichtelijk in beweging.
  • Communicatief en geëngageerd. Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands, beheerst goed Engels en zoekt bewust een functie waarin je technische expertise duurzaam kunt uitbouwen.

Je hoeft nog niet alles over industriële afsluiters te weten: leergierigheid, technisch inzicht en de wil om je in de producten te verdiepen zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
