Wymagania

  1. Wykształcenie techniczne (np. mechanika i budowa maszyn, logistyka, inżynieria materiałowa) i/lub managerskie (np. zarządzanie, zarządzanie i inżynieria produkcji),
  2. Umiejętność planowania i nadzorowania wielu projektów jednocześnie,
  3. Skuteczne zarządzanie harmonogramami, zasobami i priorytetami oraz monitorowanie terminów i ryzyk,
  4. Umiejętność tworzenia oraz wdrażania procesów i standardów pracy,
  5. Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne,
  6. Asertywność i umiejętność prowadzenia trudnych rozmów,
  7. Myślenie analityczne i rozwiązywanie problemów,
  8. Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej i zespołu,
  9. Umiejętność analizy dokumentacji technicznej i projektowej,
  10. Znajomość języka angielskiego,
  11. Obsługa pakietu MS Office.

Mile widziane

  • Umiejętność pracy z systemami ERP oraz narzędziami do zarządzania projektami,
  • Doświadczenia w koordynowaniu zespołu lub prowadzeniu projektów,
