W związku z dynamicznym rozwojem Działu Badawczo-Rozwojowego poszukujemy doświadczonego Konstruktora, który obejmie rolę lidera technicznego w naszym zespole. To stanowisko dla osoby z wieloletnim doświadczeniem konstruktorskim, gotowej nie tylko projektować, ale też brać odpowiedzialność za jakość, terminowość i spójność techniczną wdrażanych rozwiązań - od koncepcji, przez prototyp, aż po uruchomienie u klienta. Będziesz miał realny wpływ na kształt urządzeń automatyki magazynowej, które trafiają do liderów logistyki w całej Europie, oraz na pracę zespołu automatyków i elektryków realizujących projekty.

  • Projektowanie urządzeń z zakresu automatyki magazynowej
  • Opracowywanie koncepcji oraz szczegółowych projektów maszyn i systemów intralogistycznych
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji techniczne
  • Nadzór konstrukcyjny nad wdrożeniem i pracami rozwojowymi nowych produktów
  • Analiza ryzyka projektowanych rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych
  • Prowadzenie testów i wprowadzanie modyfikacji na etapie wdrożenia
  • Zarządzanie i koordynacja pracy zespołu konstruktorów i ścisła współpraca z automatykami i elektrykami
  • Optymalizacja istniejących konstrukcji
  • Prowadzenie prac badawczych w zakresie nowych materiałów i technologii
  • Analiza wymagań funkcjonalnych i technicznych projektowanych urządzeń
  • Proponowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań i usprawnień konstrukcyjnych
  • Wieloletnie doświadczenie na stanowisku konstruktora, najlepiej w branży automatyki przemysłowej, magazynowej lub maszynowej
  • Ogólna wiedza z zakresu intralogistyki i procesów magazynowych
  • Wykształcenie techniczne w kierunku Mechanika i Budowa Maszyn lub pokrewne
  • Bardzo dobra znajomości SolidWorks
  • Dobra znajomości AutoCad
  • Doświadczenie w nadzorze nad wdrożeniami i pracy z zespołami wielobranżowymi (automatycy, elektrycy)
  • Umiejętność analizy ryzyka i podejmowania decyzji technicznych pod presją czasu
  • Umiejętność pracy z dokumentacją techniczną
  • Język angielski w stopniu komunikatywnym, umożliwiającym czytanie dokumentacji technicznej
  • Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność i zdolności przywódcze w prowadzeniu projektów i zespołu
  • Kreatywne podejście do rozwiązywania problemów technicznych i optymalizacji istniejących założeń
