职位概述 负责为下一代 3D 世界模型构建以游戏引擎为核心的数据合成、采集、资产解析与处理能力，为模型提供可用于理解环境、预测状态变化和学习交互行为的训练与评测数据。 工作对象覆盖 Unreal Engine、Unity、RE ENGINE，以及 Anvil、Katana Engine 等商业自研引擎。

核心职责 1、开发基于游戏引擎的程序化内容生成流程，批量构建多样化的 3D 场景、角色状态与交互事件。 2、从自有项目及第三方游戏中采集环境、相机、对象状态、角色动作和行为序列等数据。 3、构建基于行为树的自动化采集系统，驱动角色完成自动探索、任务执行、环境交互与连续录制。 4、解析并提取模型、贴图、材质、骨架、动画、地形等游戏资产，恢复其层级与依赖关系。 5、建立运行时对象与离线资产的关联，保证多模态数据的时序同步、空间对齐和语义一致性。 6、建设自动化处理和质量验证流程，并与算法团队形成数据与世界模型迭代闭环。

1、具备面向世界模型、具身智能、计算机视觉或机器人的 3D 数据管道开发经验。 2、熟悉 Unreal Engine、Unity 或其他商业游戏引擎中的至少一种。 3、具备扎实的 C++ 或 Python 工程能力，以及大规模数据处理经验。 4、理解 3D 场景、相机、坐标变换、网格、材质、骨骼动画和蒙皮等基础知识。 5、具备游戏工具开发、Modding等开发经验，能独立完成技术分析、开发、实机验证和数据验收。 6、能够分析资源格式、序列化结构及资产依赖，并熟悉至少一种 DCC 工具的脚本化工作流。

加分项 1、有 Unreal Engine、Unity、RE ENGINE 或商业自研引擎的数据采集、资产解析经验。 2、熟悉实时图形渲染、GPU 调试、Shader 分析或三维资产处理。 3、有多模态时序数据、程序化场景生成或大规模 3D 数据集建设经验。 4、有自动驾驶、机器人、具身智能或世界模型数据平台经验。
