The posting

1. 负责 3D AIGC / 3D生成算法 的工程化部署与落地，包括推理、服务化与生产环境集成 ; 2. 负责 3D资产处理 Pipeline 的开发与维护，包括： - 网格处理 - UV 展开与贴图处理 - 几何清理与修复 - 格式转换 - 骨骼与动画数据处理 3. 基于 Blender 等 DCC 工具进行自动化开发与流程搭建 ; 4. 优化大规模 3D 数据处理与生成流程的性能、稳定性与资源使用效率 ; 5. 搭建和维护 GPU 推理服务、任务调度系统与分布式处理系统 ; 6. 与算法团队协作，将最新 3D生成模型快速落地到生产环境 ; 7. 负责相关工具链、SDK、内部平台的开发与维护。

必备要求 1. 3年左右工作经验，- 计算机相关专业，具备扎实的软件工程能力； 2. 熟悉 Python 开发，熟悉 Linux 环境下的开发与部署，具备较强的工程化能力，能够独立设计和维护复杂系统； 2. 熟悉 Blender 等 DCC 工具的脚本开发与自动化流程，具备一定图形学基础，理解常见 3D 数据结构与处理流程； 3. 熟悉以下至少部分内容： - Mesh 几何处理 - UV 展开与贴图流程 - 法线/切线处理 - 拓扑清理 - 模型格式转换（OBJ/FBX/GLTF/USD 等） - 骨骼、动画相关处理 4. 熟悉 PyTorch 等深度学习框架的推理部署，具备 GPU 性能优化与问题排查经验。

加分项 - 有 3D AIGC / 3D生成模型相关经验； - 熟悉 ComfyUI 等相关生态； - 熟悉 OpenGL / Vulkan / CUDA 中的一种或多种； - 有大规模分布式任务调度经验（Celery/K8s/Ray 等）； - 熟悉 3D 引擎（Unity/Unreal）资产流程； - 有 C++ 图形学或几何处理项目经验。
