负责为下一代动态3D生成模型，构建以3D引擎为核心的数据合成、采集与处理平台。 核心职责: 1、数据合成: 主导开发基于游戏引擎的（程序化）内容生成流程，自动化合成大规模、多样化的3D训练场景与交互事件； 2、数据采集与工具链: 构建数据采集工具链，支持从3D引擎项目进行录制，以及对现有程序进行录制，提取环境、状态、行为序列等交互数据； 3、质量与模型闭环: 建立数据的质量监控与验证体系，并与模型团队协作，构建高效的数据-模型迭代闭环。

1、具备为AI应用构建3D引擎数据管道的直接经验：为自有项目构建数据生成与录制流程； 2、精通至少一种商业引擎的工具链开发，并熟练掌握DCC工具的脚本化编程； 3、扎实的软件工程能力与分布式数据处理经验； 4、具备自动驾驶、机器人世界模型数据平台开发经验者优先。
