Academic Brand Strategy: Formulate the company’s annual brand strategy for the global research community, covering the overall narrative and rhythm for top conference participation, preprint publication pipelines, open-source releases and university partnerships. 2. Top Conference Operations: Lead participation strategies, paper communication, side-event design, recruitment campaigns and event sponsorships for top-tier conferences including SIGGRAPH, CVPR, NeurIPS, ICLR and ICCV. 3. Open-source & Technical Content Operations: Oversee operational rhythms and content strategies for platforms including HuggingFace, GitHub and Papers with Code, turning model releases, demo spaces and open-source tools into consistent touchpoints with the research community. 4. Academic KOL & University Relations: Build and maintain a network of research-focused X opinion leaders, academic newsletter editors, long-tail researchers and top university laboratories to support launch-period communication and long-term reputation building. 5. Research Content Production: Create supporting interpretive articles, posts and short-video explanations for academic papers, ensuring a complete distribution pipeline and guided community discussion for every research output. 6. Talent Funnel Collaboration: Partner with HR and research teams to translate academic brand influence into effective recruitment penetration for top-tier researchers.

Over 3 years of working experience in academic marketing, technical PR, open-source community operation or research-oriented content operation; experience in AI, 3D graphics, robotics, machine learning and related fields is preferred. 2. Possess solid research literacy, familiar with classic papers in relevant fields and capable of technical communication with researchers; completion of ML-related courses or experience as a research engineer is a strong plus. 3. Familiar with the operational logic and community culture of research ecosystems including HuggingFace, GitHub, Papers with Code and Arxiv. 4. Proven experience independently operating research-focused X accounts, newsletters, blogs or open-source projects with demonstrable technical communication works. 5. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English for daily work with outstanding English technical writing capabilities.
