岗位职责

1. 作为公司自研 3D 大模型能力与客户业务之间的桥梁，深入游戏、电商、3D 打印、潮玩文创、XR、影视、教育等行业客户的真实业务现场，理解其生产流程、数据与工具链，找到 AI 3D 能力可以创造价值的切入点。 2. 负责客户场景的方案设计、技术验证与交付落地：基于 API、SDK、MCP、插件等形式，将 3D 生成、贴图、重拓扑、动画等能力集成进客户现有的 Unity、Unreal、Blender、Maya、Web、切片软件等工作流，推动从 POC、试点到规模化使用的完整闭环。 3. 独立完成从需求澄清、方案设计、demo 搭建、联调部署到上线运营的全链路，在客户侧快速迭代，交付可用、稳定、可度量的解决方案。 4. 面向公司内部业务部门（HR、运营、投放、财务、OA、电商、品牌等）承担同样的角色，把大模型、Agent、AIGC 等能力落到具体业务流程中，推动部门 AI 化。 5. 把一线的客户需求、失败案例与效果反馈结构化地带回模型、API 平台与产品团队，推动模型能力、接口设计、文档与工具链迭代；把可复用的交付沉淀为标准方案、模板、示例仓库与最佳实践，反哺开发者生态。 6. 跟踪 3D 生成、多模态、Agent、MCP、RAG 等前沿技术与主流行业工具链的演进，快速判断哪些能力可以进入客户方案、哪些方向能够规模化落地。

任职要求 1.全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限。 2. 具备 AI 应用开发、解决方案、技术支持、售前或交付、全栈开发或相关项目经验，有过直接面向客户或业务方交付技术方案的经历。 3. 熟悉 AI 工具，尤其是 Vibe Coding 工具，能够高效使用 AI 辅助完成方案验证、代码开发、原型搭建、联调排障、数据处理和工程落地；能独立写出可运行、可交付的代码，而不只是画方案。 4. 熟悉至少一种主流开发语言（Python、TypeScript、C#、C++ 等），理解 API 集成、鉴权、异步任务、Webhook、文件与资产管理等基础工程问题，能读懂并接入客户的现有系统。 4. 具备良好的沟通与需求澄清能力，能把客户模糊的业务诉求翻译成清晰的技术方案，也能把技术边界和成本讲给非技术人员听；愿意出差、愿意坐到客户身边解决问题。 5. 具备较强的问题分析能力、学习能力、执行力和自驱力，能够在不确定、跨团队、多线并行的环境中主动拆解问题、快速验证方案、推动结果落地。 6. 对 AI 3D 生成、AIGC、Agent 及其在真实产业中的落地有强烈兴趣，理解模型能力、用户体验、技术成本、业务价值之间的关系，能对“什么值得做、做到什么程度”做出判断。 6. 不满足于“调 API”“跑 Demo”或“等需求”，以结果为导向，对客户是否真正用起来、业务是否真正变好负责。

加分项 1. 有 3D 相关技术或工具链经验者优先，如 Mesh、贴图、骨骼动画、STL、OBJ、GLB、FBX、3MF、Blender、Maya、Unity、Unreal Engine、Three.js 等。 2. 有大模型应用开发、RAG、Agent、MCP、多模态模型、Prompt Engineering、Workflow 搭建、模型工程化经验者优先。 3. 有游戏、电商、3D 打印、潮玩文创、XR、影视、教育等任一行业的从业或交付经验，理解其生产流程与工具链者优先。 4. 有面向 B 端客户的 POC、私有化部署、系统集成、SDK 或插件开发、API 平台或开发者生态建设经验者优先。 5. 有从 0 到 1 做过 AI 产品、创意工具、硬件产品、内容平台、小程序、Web 产品、开源项目或商业化项目经验者优先。 6. 有独立项目、开源仓库、技术博客或可展示的交付案例者优先。 7. 英语可用于阅读文档、与海外客户或开发者沟通者优先。
